VINYL LAMINATION

The secondary process is vinyl lamination, using the same vacuum process.

A vinyl covering can be added to just about any thermoformed part creating a factory OE automotive appearance and feel. 

Vinyl lamination gives the formed plastic part texture, color, and softness.
